Training the Cardiff Devils at the Fitness Factory

"When I took over the Devil's, I was personally training at The Fitness Factory Cardiff.

When I joined, what astounded me was the variety of training techniques, which made getting fit an enjoyable experience, rather than a tedious one.

I was so impressed, I moved the Cardiff Devils Professional Ice Hockey Squad to be trained by Mike Parsons the conditioning coach and owner at The Fitness Factory Cardiff, and last season we saw the best season at Cardiff Devils for 15 years. I personally put this down to the work and practises of Mike and his team of trainers at The Fitness Factory Cardiff, and would not hesitate in recommending the gym to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun!"
